Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR & AED Training for Healthcare Professionals

One-day Saturday class. This CPR with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training course is for those who are healthcare  providers or who intend to enter the healthcare profession.

This class is a prerequisite to a number of medical programs at the school. American Heart Association (AHA) course content includes Adult, Child and Infant CPR as well as AED use. This course is not a substitute for AED training that you would receive at a place where you volunteer or work; however, it is a good introduction.

Course Fee: $90, includes textbook and card

Prerequisite: Must read, write, and speak English at an 8th grade level

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED

One-day Saturday class. This basic CPR course provides training for individuals needing credentialed training for job or regulatory requirements. This course is ideal for childcare providers, school employees, coaches, teachers, and public youth group leaders. American Heart Association (AHA) course content includes Adult, Child & Infant CPR as well as AED use and basic first aid (two-year certification). All AHA courses are subject to cancellation one week prior to the class if minimum enrollment is not met.

Course Fee: $65 

Prerequisite: Must read, write, and speak English at an 8th grade level
