  1. Live, in-person, instructor-led courses and lectures. Chapter quizzes are mandatory.
  2. You must take and pass the chapter quizzes in a linear fashion and you cannot take the next chapter quiz until the previous chapter's reading assignment and chapter quiz has been completed.
  3. You cannot take the course final examination and complete the course until all chapter quizzes have been completed and the minimum time has elapsed.

Attendance Policy

For Live courses, students must attend a minimum of 90% of the approved course hours to be eligible to receive DRE pre-license course credit.

Refund Policy

For Live courses, full refunds will only be made if a course is closed by Simi Institute or if the days and/or times of the class are changed and the student cannot attend. Original receipts must be provided and a Refund Request Form must be completed before a refund can be given. Refunds are typically processed in two to six weeks. Unless specifically noted, registration processing fee of $75.00 is withheld from all refunds.
