Welding Technology
Welding for Aerospace / Automotive Trades & Careers
Students will learn the processes and develop the skills necessary to enter Aerospace and Automotive welding industries. This includes Gas Metal Arc Welding / Gas Tungsten Arc Welding on steel, chromoly, aluminum, stainless steel, iconel, and titanium. Students will also learn corresponding technical drawing and reading, math and project planning.
Dates: Open-entry; enrollment date dependent on wait list (see right sidebar for wait list information)
Session Days & Times (Choose One):
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Monday - Friday: 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
- Monday - Thursday: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Room: 605
Fee: $2,800 for the first six months; $600 for an additional six months
Prerequisite: None
Welding for Petrochemical / Pipefitting Trades & Careers
Students will learn the processes and develop the skills necessary to enter Petrochemical and Pipefitting trades associated with welding industries. This includes Shielded Metal Arc Welding / Gas Tungsten Arc Welding on steel and stainless steel. Students will also learn corresponding technical drawing and reading, math and project planning.

Students will learn the processes and develop the skills necessary to enter Fabrications and Manufacturing trades associated with welding industries. This includes Gas Metal Arc Welding / Gas Tungsten Arc Welding on steel, chromoly, aluminum, and stainless steel. Students will also learn corresponding technical drawing and reading, math and project planning.
